Labour and equipment for unloading and loading are included in Showtime material handling rates and services. Labour and equipment will be available for uncrating, unskidding, assembling, positioning, leveling, dismantling, recrating and reskidding machinery and/or equipment of exhibitors.

If your material requires specialized rigging equipment, please notify us promptly so that we can make arrangements. When possible, supply your own rigging equipment with shipments and pre-rig your material.

Our services include:

• Receiving advance shipments at our warehouse.
• Unloading crated materials.
• Storing at the warehouse for up to 14 days.
• Reloading onto trucks and delivery to the exhibit site.
• Unloading materials and delivery to your booth.
• Picking up, storing and returning empty containers.
• Reloading equipment and return to your specified destination.
• Storage of display materials for up to five (5) working days following show date. (Additional storage available at extra cost.)
• Assistance with coordinating return shipping (to your office or next destination).

* Please note, Showtime is not responsible for creation of Customs Documents, or any related brokerage charges. We do not have a preferred/designated carrier. Materials Handling service does not included any courier services, other than that from our warehouse to/from the show site.
